ABOUT
We are "Onigiri Kawashima," a local onigiri shop in Nishiwaseda, Tokyo. We offer both dine-in and takeout options, with seating available for 6 to 8 guests. Delivery service is also available for added convenience. Our menu features around 30 varieties of freshly made onigiri, along with miso soup and a selection of side dishes to complement your meal.
Our Commitment to Our Onigiri
Our onigiri are made fresh to order and served warm in generous portions. Each one is carefully shaped to preserve its light, fluffy texture. Our rice is sourced directly from local farmers in the Fukushima Prefecture, our nori from the Ariake Sea, and our coarse salt from the Oga Peninsula in the Akita Prefecture, bringing together carefully selected ingredients from across Japan.

Following three years of training and experience at another onigiri shop, onigiri master Kawashima-san opened his own shop in April 2023.
